Born to support our growing data and information business OptimalBI – OptimalPeople began as the book keeping service for serial entrepreneur Victoria’s many business interests.
OptimalPeople grew and now supports a wide range of companies, social enterprises and not-for-profits including charities and incorporated societies. While book keeping is our primary service we also help our customers with financial reporting, production of their annual reports and moving from paper based financial systems into the cloud.
Rachel’s a finance whizz. Not even kidding. From invoicing right through to end-of-year accounts, management reporting and everything in between, Rach can do it all. She’s Xero and Xero Payroll certified! has years of experience with MYOB, iPayroll, Thank You payroll and many other tools. Rachel is based at OptimalHQ so can provide in person support and has helped many customers migrate to use cloud productivity tools.
Based in sunny Nelson, Sarah provides remote book keeping support for customers based all over Aotearoa. Sarah has amazing attention to detail and picks up all of those things busy business owners often don’t have time for, or just miss. She enjoys working with charities and our not-for-profit customers to help them meet their goals with additional cost effective support.
